Voucher Basic Information
If you are receiving an error or the update button is not working after following the above process, please check the following:
- You must ensure that you are clicking on the correct link to redeem your voucher
- The code must be valid, has not been used before, and has not expired.
- You have entered the code correctly, we recommend copy-pasting the code to avoid typos, do not leave blank spaces
- Ensure that your web browser is up-to-date, has Javascript enabled, and does not have restrictive security settings applied (this will disable the update button)
- Are you trying to redeem from a work computer, if so the firewall might be too secure and need to be adjusted to allow access to the Courses For Success website (this can also disable the update button)
If you are still having issues with the update button, please re atttempt this process after waiting 30 minutes.

To assist us in aiding you, your email must include the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Full address, including city, state, post code and country. (as we must enter this into our system to process the voucher as per the form in step six)
- Course purchase details
- Company you purchased the voucher from
- Forward your voucher email or including your voucher as an attachment.
- Phone number
Once we receive this information we will redeem your voucher on your behalf.
*Please note, if any of the above information is missing we will be unable to redeem the voucher.
